Synopsis
An building for the workers of the Sisak Still Mill, originally built to commemorate the anniversary of the introduction of self-management, experiences a radical change in its resident structure seventy years later. As part of a European program, the state moves refugees from the Middle East into the former working-class apartments. Most newcomers share the fate of their new neighbors’ children and soon leave for Germany. The pattern of arrivals and even faster departures to a New Life is interrupted by a catastrophic earthquake. A new working class arrives in the building—Nepali workers, this time tasked with demolishing the building intended for demolition.
